Due to the right of withdrawal every customer has 14 days time to withdraw from the contract after receiving the goods. You can return the ordered product within this time without giving any further reasons.

For the return (return shipment) it is important that the product is still in new condition. Therefore, the product must be in the condition in which it was originally received.

If you would like to make use of your right of withdrawal and initiate a return shipment, you must notify us and then send the product(s) to our company address. It is not enough to simply return the goods, you must also inform us of your decision.

Steps for a successful return:

1. Inform us by a written declaration that you wish to cancel the contract. You can either fill out and send the form below or send an e-mail to office@lukeloren.com with the following information: order number, name, address, item number(s) and a written statement that you wish to withdraw from this contract.

2. We will contact you as soon as possible by phone or by e-mail to guide you and to help you, if possible. You have the right to proceed and you do not have to wait for a reply from us.

3. Pack the product(s) properly in the original packaging and, if possible, in the box in which the product(s) were delivered. Now send the package back to our company address.
Please note that there will be costs for the return of the goods. These costs will be paid by us if the return shipment has been made properly. Please keep the receipt in a safe place.
Luke Loren assumes no liability for lost items during the return process.
