The legal warranty applies to all products on our website. The warranty period for movable goods is two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to make use of the warranty, you must notify us in order to receive a replacement. For this purpose, write an e-mail to office@lukeloren.com with the following information: address, order number and a detailed description of the problem.

Our customer service will then contact you. In the event of a return, the shipping costs will be taken over by us. If it is not possible for us to determine the defects you describe, the product will be returned to you.
